Leave a message on my machine, so we can try and fill your spot. Wed. 12/2 Depart: 12/3 5:15am LHS Auditorium Entrance We cannot wait for latecomers!! (Be here by 5:00am) Arrive: 10:30am Mid town Manhattan 10:30am - 11:15am Julliard School of Theatre and Dance Radio City Music Hall (Backstage, theatre & a Rockette) Lunch: 12:00am BB Kings Blues Club and Grill (included in fee) 2237 W. 42nd St. Matinee: 2:00pm “Superior Donuts” Longacre Theatre, 220 West 48th Street, Meet and greet actors/production staff to follow performance Dinner: 6:00pm John's Pizzeria (included in fee) If time allows: Near by Theme Stores, Toys R Us Evening Perf. 8:00pm “A Little Night Music” Imperial Theatre, 249 West 45th Street Late Night Snack Hard Rock Café 1501 Broadway Approx: 11:30pm Depart: 12:30am 12/3 Manhattan (Thurs.) Time approx. Arrive: 5:30am 12/3 LHS Time approx General Info: Money: Additional costs: Breakfast stop, snacks, late night dessert. If you like theatre goodies there will be many show t-shirts, posters, etc. to tempt you we may go by the NBC Stores. Supplies: Wear Good walking shoes Do Not Wear New Shoes For the First Time –they are guaranteed to give you blisters!!! Dress for comfort, but keep it respectable! No shorts, grubby t-shirts, ripped up or written on jeans, etc. New York will be very cold and very windy. We will be walking everywhere. Dress warm, hats, gloves, scarfs. Dress in layers, in case weather changes. Bring creature comforts for the bus, pillows, blankets, snacks, etc. Nothing Valuable Please! You will be able to leave things on the bus. However, once we are dropped off in NYC, you will not be able to get back to the bus until we head back for home.! Cameras: There are bound to be many memorable moments. Opera Glasses or Binoculars, if you want to get “Up close and personal” during the show. The day is heavily scheduled: there will not be any free time. We have tours, seminars with actors and production people. Do try to get some sleep Tuesday night! If I missed anything, just ask me. I know you will have a great time. See you early (5am) Wednesday morning. If you have trouble getting out of bed most mornings, please make arrangements with somebody else on the trip to give you a wake up call.
